"Just a heads up if you’re staying..."
Just a heads up if you’re staying here: give yourself extra time for check-in. We showed up right around the listed check-in time and still ended up waiting close to an hour. The line barely moved, and it felt like the staff didn’t really know which desk people were supposed to go to.
To make it worse, our room keys didn’t work the first time, so we had to drag everything back to the front desk again. By then the kids were exhausted and everyone was frustrated. The waterpark itself was decent, but the check-in process really started the trip on a bad note.

"The staff were super friendly the whole time..."
The staff were super friendly the whole time. Nice. A couple of the lines took longer than we expected, which was a little annoying, but everyone working there was kind and helped us figure things out without any attitude. Appreciated.

"Honestly, the bathrooms could’ve been cleaner"
My first reaction was, oof, the bathrooms definitely needed more attention. Everything else was okay, but the cleanliness in there really stood out to me

"They’re to blame for wearing my kids out"
I’m blaming this waterpark for completely wiping my kids out because they had way too much fun all day. The lazy river was my favorite, but the kids kept dragging us back to the slides and splash area like they owned the place. The water was warm enough, the lockers were simple to use, and there was plenty to do without it feeling overwhelming or massive. Staff was nice too, which almost makes me more annoyed because now the kids won’t stop asking when we’re going back. We’d definitely go again.

"Room was disappointing"
The waterpark was fun, but the room itself was kind of a letdown. It felt old and not very clean, with stained carpet and a bathroom that smelled a little musty. The bed was average too. For what we paid, I expected better and probably wouldn’t book a room there again.

"Pretty solid food for a waterpark"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the food was actually good. The kids had pizza and I got a burger, and everything came out hot and tasted fresh enough. The prices definitely had that waterpark feel, but they weren’t outrageous. The staff at the food area were friendly too, which made the whole experience feel better...

"Fun day, but wow it was crowded"
We had a good time at the park overall, and the kids were thrilled, so that part was great. But it was also kind of exhausting because it felt packed everywhere we went. The lines took forever, finding a place to sit was weirdly difficult, and at one point I was definitely over it. Still, there were some really fun moments, so I’m glad we went... I just wish it had been a little less chaotic.

"Clean, safe, and easy for kids"
The place felt really clean and safe overall. The slides all looked well taken care of, and the kids were comfortable the whole time. places like this can be hit or miss, but this one just felt like everything was maintained and everyone could relax.

"Such an easy win with the kids"
I was just hoping for a day where the kids stayed entertained and nobody had a meltdown, and this place totally delivered. The kids loved it, and I kept thinking, okay, this was actually a really easy family outing. Super simple, fun, and just a nice day for all of us.

"Fun day, but the price stuck with me"
The kids had a great time, and that’s mostly what I remember, them laughing and not wanting to leave. I kind of forgot about the cost in the moment, but once I thought about it later, it did feel a bit pricey for what it was
